Have a couple of users (and I've seen it myself) on various versions experiencing this when attempting to export from a Crystal preview - instead of getting the pop up where you can select the file type to export to, it ASSUMES a Crystal report type (shows *.rpt in the bottom right) and takes you immediately to the Save As screen.  No way to export to other formats.

    Anyone?

Hadn't really thought of that as much as the version of Sage, which started with 2019 but have also seen in 2021.

No printers / spooler disabled?  I expect saving as RPT would not need the print engine, but the others would...

Not sure about when I was doing it, since I would have been on a server and maybe no printers, but two clients are having it and they definitely are not having other printing issues.

Make sure Windows has a 'real' default printer set.  If none available, just create a fake HP for LPT1.

Got very excited because one of the two clients did not have a default printer, but now she does, and the other one always did, and they are both still having that issue.
