  • 1.  Crystal Date Format

    In Crystal, I need {AP_InvoiceHeader.InvoiceDate} to display as 'MMDDYYYY'. I put in a formula:  ToText({AP_CheckHistoryHeader.CheckDate},"MMDDYYYY"). It correctly displays the 2 digits for the month but then literally prints 'DDYYYY'. Can anyone help me with this formula?

    Use "MMddyyyy".

    I tried that also but it still printed the slashes. To be fair to my co-worker, @Chris Love

    he suggested the same thing that David did, "MMddyyyy", but I missed the upper/lower case thing. Who's blind?

    I'm glad it was easy.  There is an option near the bottom of the Custom Style screen to choose "None" as the separator.

    When in the formula editor, put the cursor in the word ToText then press the F1 key on your keyboard.  That brings up the CR Help entry for that command.  From there, scroll down then click for more details on the date format strings to get this:
