  • 1.  Crystal bar codes - I can pull up the form in Crys

    Crystal bar codes - I can pull up the form in Crystal on a workstation and the bar code looks fine, like a bar code. Then when displaying the form in Sage, the FONT does not appear correct - looks like Arial or something. WTH?

    What sort of printer are they using within Sage?

    Is the font installed on the server?

    @ThereseLogeais - you so smart. I changed printers and changed it back and now it works. I have a feeling the printer on the main screen didn't match the printer in Printer Setup. THANKS!

    timing is everything - I was reading this post when one of our other consultants came to me asking about this exact issue at a client, he thinks I'm a genius now! of course he probably already did ;)
