Crystal 11 and creating a form where the size ""sticks"" so you can print to thermal UPS printer. Am I missing something or is it now more problematic than ever to create a thermal printer sized RPT. I create the rpt (not even on custom menu or as form) and when I save and re-open the page size is all wrong.

Did you define the printer in the set up?

Yes - all over the place.

I've had to make the label printer the Windows default in the past.

I agree @robertwood - I've had issues with workstations not all having the same printer settings, etc. It looks like the only way to keep the size is to have the default BE the label printer...

Thanks - I was thinking that might be the case. It's sort of a pain because then the shipping clerk mistakenly prints to the UPS label printer. I think I'll try that default. For now I created a standalone report and they are manually changing the report settings. A little pimpy but it gets the job done --- and it beats writing out box labels by hand.
