    Posted 05-30-2024 12:56

UPgraded Sage 100 Advanced from 2021 to 2024.  Ran mascrcw.exe to convert all reports and forms.

Now when we try to print Sales Orders...for any report setting that is not STANDARD...i get the following error...

Script error...an error has occurred in the script on this page.

I have entered in the designer and verified the database...all is fine.

Any additional suggestions??  Called Sage..but they do not support forms that are not the STANDARD...great!!!

My first step would be to uninstall / reinstall the crystal runtimes.

I think I've run into a similar issue on v2024 upgrades. I'd follow what  Kevin advises.  I don't think I was successful at just reinstalling workstation update. For some reason I had to add/remove the runtimes and reinstall them.

I don't think this KB is the exact issue through it talks about uninstalling the runtimes for 2023+

A hard lesson when upgrading Sage to a version using Crystal 2020.  Always delete the runtimes on a workstation before installing the new client.  Though, you issue is interesting in that standard reports run.  The error message you posted does not look familiar.  Let's hope the runtime DLL resolves it.
