On September 16th, I presented Sage CRM at one of CS3 Technology's monthly 'Smart Talk' sessions. The topic was CRM systems with a focus on managing customer service issues. It was 20-minutes of Accumatica's CRM functionality and 20-minutes of Sage CRM. I liked what I saw from Accumatica, especially the ability to create customer surveys
The general vibe was informational and non-salesy. CS3 Event organizer and DacEasy street legend Sheri Blaho from CS3 wrote afterwards, "GREAT JOB. I think this was the smoothest presentation we have had".
If your group conducts similar events, I would be happy to participate, even if you do all your own Sage CRM work in-house.
