CRM Link to MAS 90/200. Not that Azamba didn't try to make it work, but I am unable to run CRM on a 2003 SBE server. Maybe 2012 will be the year that I upgrade the office server so that I can elimnate that reason for not using CRM. In the meantime, how do I break the link between CRM and MAS so that the MAS customer maintenance panel doesn't lock up everytime I enter a new customer? I'v # e looked around the CRM menu but noting jumps out at me.

@JeffSchwenk - email me and I will hook you up with one of my guys to walk you through this. Also ... get a hosted server and skip the bs! I use a GoDaddy server and when the technology gets too old, I just port over to a new server and say adios to the older one.

Do you have the Customer Relationship Management module in MAS?

I think you just need to clear out the server info in the upper left-hand corner. (Try it and let me know if that does the trick.)

If that doesn't work, deactivate the CRM module in MAS

What version of MAS/CRM are you running. Also, verify that the integration service is running. I know we sometimes have to manually start ours.

@JeffSchwenk - Sorry I forgot to mention this on our call earlier. My guys thought it might be a bit more difficult to remove than one would hope. Since you aren't actually using Sage CRM just yet, the recommended approach was to uninstall CRM and the integration pieces completely. Then reinstall Sage CRM in standalone mode.
