    CRM has been working fine. Certain users attempt to log into CRM and it is very slow, and only the side bar appears. This happens with some but not all users. Anyone seen this before?

    Have you reset IIS? Have you rebooted the server? Are there other programs using MS SQL? Anyone running a data export? Anyone running a data import? Any run away processes on the SQL Server box? Or the IIS box?

    Great questions Peter, I'll follow up with the client. Our installation expert is on vacation so I get to field this one - me the application trainer!

    Also, verify you are using Internet Explorer only

    @JohnWilder using other browsers wouldn't necessarily create slowdowns, would it? I know in the older versions of Sage CRM, some functionality didn't work properly with other browsers but I'm not sure it would create slowdowns. Is this something you've seen first-hand?

    Just one more thing to add to the checklist. If it's 'some workstations' I'd just be sure.
