Is there a way to keep these in sync?
The Salesperson User Mapping is setup, linking the 3 values together. (Once salespeople are created in Sage 100, you can use Salesperson User Mapping in Sage 100 to map the Sage 100 user to the appropriate CRM user and AR Salesperson (Customer Relationship Management, Main, Salesperson User Mapping))
Is there not a relationship between the AR Salesperson & that company's CRM Account Manager? What is the point of the AR Salesperson getting mapped to the CRM/100 users if they don't actually sync? I have a client that wants these to stay synced, so if they change it on one side, it matches on the other. Suggestions on what others are using to maintain this.
