  • 1.  CRM 7.1 - We log into the server via a RDP connect

    CRM 7.1 - We log into the server via a RDP connection right click on the ""New"" button and the menu appears as usual. An end-user running Windows 7 on their workstation tries to do the same thing and when they right click on the ""New"" button nothing happens. Has anyone see this? TIA Leonard

    What service pack? Were all patches installed in order? What browser?

    Well, it looks like you were right again - I checked browsers and he was using Chrome. Switching to IE made all the difference!! Thanks, Leonard

    Great news - thanks for closing the loop on this. If they have 7.1 SP2, it should work in Chrome (in theory - I personally haven't tested it) but ... with Sage 100 integrated, SP2 is not yet certified.

    Sort of like how Atlas works on Chrome...that is until you try to use it.
