  • 1.  CRM 2020 R2 Full Install for Sage 100

    Hello.. does anyone have this install file?

    I need it for an upgrade on a new server & we don't have it. I can't find it in the Content Library. Sage can't even seem to get it to me. The KB they sent me with the link

    Hi @Dana Young!

    Sage Support sometimes has a blind spot or two with these older "Sage CRM for Sage 100" themed installs. I have one install that's "Sage CRM 2020 R2 Full Install for Sage 100 2020" - not sure if that's the specific version of it you need. If you're just using it as a step in an upgrade chain from a very old version, the file should still work if you're using it as a "step" in an upgrade chain. You'll just need the customer's Sage CRM 2020 license key.

    I have a bit of a treasure trove of older Sage CRM media, but 2022 R2 is where mine stops. There's a mix of Standalone Sage CRM and 100-integrated in there as well.

    I actually did receive the file from @Dan Cousins on Friday & Sage actually finally sent me one after that as well.

    I appreciate all the assistance & will keep you in mind if I ever need another.
