One of our clients recently evaluated SageCRM and it wasn't a good fit for them. Here's what they wrote,
"While we like the integration SAGE CRM has with our current products on the accounting and management side of the transaction, we believe it will be a difficult implementation with our sales team. The process of creating a proposal within the software is more catered towards an inventory of products, rather than a unique service for each job (showcased by the difficulty in adding photos to individual proposals). I've done some research around and found some other products that are closer to what were looking for on that end of the program:

Jobber and Proposify have a similar CRM concepts with more flexible proposal input segments and the ability to in attachments to the proposal before sending it to the client. Another huge benefit is the ability for clients to sign the proposals digitally which then immediately notifies the salesperson to schedule the work.
I believe the right product for us is one that integrates as well as possible into our current SAGE software for client / proposal management and invoicing, while also providing our sales team with an easy to use software for proposal generation and follow-up."
Does anyone have any advice? Has anyone run into this issue and used any other products to solve it?
