  • 1.  Credit Limits - exclude quote | include Sales Order

    Anyone know of a good way to manage credit limits?  Customer wants to use Credit Limits, but to exclude the quote value, as they may produce multiple quotes for a single project.  Would like Credit Limit to then be utilized when converts to Sales Order of course.  Open to really any thoughts on the matter.  TIA

    Quotes don't factor into Credit Limit as far as I know, regardless of your standard A/R 'Credit' tab settings/options.  Do you happen to have DSD Multi-Currency installed?

    What Brett said...  Plus there's a setup option in AR that allows you to exclude open orders from the calc if you want to.
