I'm baffled on this. I setup a customer with the Credit Hold check box checked. In my Role, I unchecked EVERYTHING in AR and SO on the Security Options tab.
I started an order for this customer. There was NO pop up "Credit Hold" screen with the Hold button in the bottom left (as there was in 2024 when I went back and checked). The status DID default to Hold. I was able to save it, then I was able to pull it back up and change the status to Open with no squawking.
I can't INVOICE it while it's on hold, but I can print it out everywhere because of the "Include On Hold" check box, and if I can change it... ??????
How do I keep someone from being able to change the status? Why doesn't that box pop up anymore? I tried enabling Credit LIMITS and still nothing.
