Credit Card Vendors/Transfers in AP. Is there a good document anywhere explaining this process? Not much in the help or KB. Customer is seeing checks that start with a C (C00091, C00092 etc) in the Check History report and in the BR module. They are asking why Sage generates those and what controls the bank code they are posted to. The problem is that the checks are going randomly to a Bank Code which is not being used any longer. Where/How/Where do you tell Sage which Bank Code to use for these checks? Sage100 2018

What version? Is the latest PU installed. Kinda acting like a wire transfer. Have you watched them process a CC transfer? Not much too it. Vendor is flagged as a CC processor. Create the voucher in AP invoice entry, click on the CC icon on tab two which opens another panel. Find your vendor that you paid via CC, flag all the invoices that you want to pull over and go to the next line. When updating the invoice register, invoices paid with CC's are pulled over into the CC vendor for payment. Wasn't fan of the process when it first came out have changed my ways now.

It's Sage100 2018 PU4. Just upgraded from 2016. I'll review with them again. Thank you.

Do you mean this? Those should get paid from whatever bank was used in the check run to pay the bank. And the default bank code would be the one in AP Options. The end invoices paid will not get a check as their payment method. It'll say Transfer, I think.
