Credit card processing Enhancement
In anticipation of Sage 100 ver 5, I have a number of customers not using SPS and one of my largest customers just dropped SPS, I understand that there is a third party enhancement that interfaces Sage 100 with other credit card processors. Does anyone know who they are?
BTW, Sage's improved Customer Experience?? Here is a direct quote from an email I received this morning from the customer's CFO, ""I am very disappointed in Sage Payment Solutions. There was little communication. And then they basically told me I should have asked them for better pricing rather than shopping; pretty funny in the scheme of things. A call back takes a couple days. Why would I wait for them when I have salespeople calling all day long to get my business.
