Credit Card Expiration notification settings in Sage Payments (now Paya) - customer emailed this morning that they called Paya and were told that they could get warnings when a customer card was about to expire. They included a screenshot that appears to indicate that this should happen.
The customer says that they are not getting warnings in advance of expiring cards.
Do you know if this feature with SPS / Paya works or if there's a special way the customer has to ask Paya to enable the feature (to warn of upcoming credit card expiration) ?
