  • 1.  CreateProcess failed for the following command line....

    Sometime WIN 10 installs can be royal PITA's.  Client IT install Sage client but user was not able to access Sage Intelligence.  So we uninstalled client and rebooted.  Now we are being stopped dead in our tracks with this message.  UAC is off, but not AV.  Any other culprits out there?  Other workstations have installed without issue so I am discounting a bad install file.  I find no KB's on this topic.

    I would try and uninstall the VC pre-requisite before trying to run Wksetup again.
