If anyone has pursued relief for a customer from Sage, how has it gone? It took a while, but I got it for two customers. I had to submit their letter that they're sending to all their vendors. And once approved, they have to sign something. It wasn't what I'd hoped for - skipping a few month's payments (they are both on subscription with monthly payment), but at least they got deferment of the payments for two months.
