Hi everyone - I did hear back from Coronado Tasting Room.  I am going to make a reservation - please provide feedback:
We definitely have availability on March 3rd 4:30-6:30pm for 15-20 guests.
Format- It's usually best to have it more social than guided for this type of event. However, we are a tasting room so our staff can provide tastings of just about everything in the store- whiskey, liqueurs, oil, vinegars, wines and other spirits so it's still a different and fun event.
Food & Music- We can do a large charcuterie board and mediterranean board if you would like. We have some wonderful musicians who we work with if you would like to have us book someone for background music.
Pricing- We would charge you for the drinks and food that you order. My guess is about $30 per person depending on the number of drinks. You don't need to buy the store out on a Tuesday at that time. We might get a few other people in but it's never been a problem. If you want to have it completely private, I can come up with a price.
Logistics- Up to 40 people is comfortable. There is 2 hour free parking in the lots at the Ferry Landing. Right now I don't have an av/mic but I might by then. I think with a small group you are ok without it. I can look into rentals if you like though.

Our website for the menu is www.coronadotastingroom.com . We would do something custom for the food that would be a larger charcuterie plate with added meats, cheese, fruit, etc. The Mediterranean plate would be the hummus with extra veggies, olives, tzatziki, etc. Between the 2 there's something for everyone.
I'm happy to have a call with you to discuss it more. We would love to welcome your group into our Tasting Room!

If this is the time slot, am I adjusting the haunted tour to be like 7-8pm, or are we having them overlap & guests need to choose one or the other, or cut out of the wine tasting early?  I did return the contract for 6-7 pm, so I would need to get it switched asap.

Hi Dana you have it right- the time change based on our meeting and my email was sent prior to that. I will adjust it accordingly with the tasting room.  Thanks!

I think the 7-8 haunted tour would be a good idea. Sunset will also be between 545-7 so the timing would be great.
