  • 1.  Copying company data to test company

    I am copying data to a test company and it has been stuck on "Copying credit card data" for about an hour. Is there a workaround??

    Do the copy from a workstation without Paya installed.  There will be an error, but it seems to work otherwise.

    I don't think there is, but all the credit card data gets copied too.  Very annoying.  And it's not any faster the 2nd time either.

    You're welcome.  I discovered this by accident... on a customer where we have so much automation they set up a server for just that, but we never installed Paya on it.
