Sage 100

Copied over a company data set from one server to another (Client purchased another company who is also on Sage 100). Both on 2013. Tried to do Convert on the copied company and getting Error 80 AR_CreditCard.PVC Stmt 763. I THINK the purchased company was using CC and the purchaser (where we are trying to convert) is not. Some little flag somewhere I have to change, isn't it?

Maybe Company Maintenance, tab 3, is Enable Credit Card Processing checked?

Can you reinitialize AR Creditcard files. prior to conversion?

There is an encryption key field in SY_Company that I am going to mess with - I'll let you all know.

Tried changing encryption key, reinitialized any CC files I could find, still no go. Having client send me zipped up company and I'll try it on my machine for a while.

How about under AR, Setup, Payment Type Maintenance - are there credit card payment types with Merchant Account numbers? If yes, try removing the Merchant Account #.

In the SY_Company file, for that company, have you tried typing DELETE (All Caps) for the Encryption key? I think it is field 51? look for it by name.

Well, the company worked just fine on my machine, so if nothing else, I'll just shoot the folder back to the client.
