Converted from 4.4 advanced to 5.1 premium over the weekend. Don't see customer's credit card info any more. I know it should be stored in the Sage Exchange vault but why cant we see it? How can I get the CC info to display.

Doug, you won't see actual cc numbers, anywhere in Sage 5.1. Just the Card ID which links back to the Sage Exchange Vault. Do you see these card id's? Is there a ""cc vault is number on the cc tab of company maintenance, for the 5.1 version?

Don't see the card id. There is a ""vault-only id"" and a ""Vault-only key"" in customer maintenance. Just implemented SPS (converted over from pc charge).

Look in the lower right hand corner under Customer Maintenance - Additional. Note that there is a role maintenance option - (3) Module Options , Accounts Receivable , Allow access to add and edit credit cards in customer credit card maintenance

I would call Sage Payment Solutions at this point. I had a similar issue last summer were SPS had to do something for my client that moved off of PC Charge. I just can't recall.

Just got off a 2 hours tech support call with Sage and SPS.. Turns out SPS has the end user registered as Sage 100 Contractor, not Sage 100 Premium... takes a day to change even with expedited service. Thanks everyone.

When you try to push a zillion different customer databases down a single SAP data silo with an outsourced/under(wo)manned IT staff that barely knows the different databases, you are bound to lose a few in the process....
