  • 1.  Conversion returned failure in Premium v2025

    I'm getting the following error during conversion to version 2025. I'm not a guru in SQL programming and need help on how to resolve it. Anyone gotten this error before?

    The following conversion returned failure
    SBC:07.20.00.00:DATA:CI_BankCodeListingWrk:000000:000
    Error converting AP_CheckHistoryHeader at record AW000000036000000. The
    error was Error #15: Operating system command failed. OS Error: 23000:
    [Microsoft][SQL Server Native Client 11.0][SQL Server]Violation of PRIMARY KEY
    constraint 'KPRIMARY_AP_CheckHistoryHeader_1923111119'. Cannot insert
    duplicate key in object 'dbo.AP_CheckHistoryHeader_1923111119'. The duplicate
    key value is (A, APP0000001, 000000).
    View the Activity Log to locate a specific conversion log.

    I did run the check history report in AP for the last 9 years in the live company. Did not get any errors. I was trying to see if I could narrow down what year the error happened in.

    I seem to remember editing CheckSeqNo values (for all data associated in each affected check... header, detail...) to be unique.
