    I've already resolved a couple of CI_SageExchange errors, one related to the MAS_User account and the other: Error 13 File access mode invalid.

    I ran the SQL settings utility to refresh the MAS_User password, then used the clear credit card information utility in the source 4.50.8 premium version and remigrated. This error appeared during the next conversion attempt:

    The following conversion record failed while converting USA:\05.00.00.00:DATA:CI_SageExchange:000000:000 - 42000: [Microsoft][SQL Server Native Client 11.0][SQL Server]No item by the name of 'AR_InvoiceHistoryHeader_tmp' could be found in the current database 'MAS_USA', given that @itemtype was input as '(null)'.

    I've never come across this message before and I can't find an exact match in the Sage Knowledgebase.

    Does anyone have any suggestions?
