      Even in summer, the committee kept things moving. Here's what's new:

      • Anne posted Sage Futures photos, transcripts, and notes.

      • StarShip v25.0.2 released on June 11.

      The pilot continues to underperform. Responses were generic, slow, and not actionable. Steve obtained REST API access to explore exporting content for use with more robust AI tools (Gemini, Claude, Perplexity).

      The contest will launch at the July 31 Town Hall, with a demo of the submission process. Prize: Conference registration (hotel stay removed).

      Anne confirmed onboarding is working as intended. Google Drive access is being granted as requested. A dedicated Intacct folder will be added to the library to accommodate the 30–40 new consultants joining soon.

      Concerns raised about engagement levels of users accessing urgent support. Rather than restrict access, Jim and Wayne will draft clearer guidelines to promote active participation. Anne will bring the messaging to the 90 Minds board.

    Attendees:

    Jim Woodhead, Committee Chair

    • Opening Remarks: Welcome and review of agenda.

    • July 30, 2025 Town Hall: With the new date set, define clear expectations, tasks, and responsibilities for the event.

    • Jim does not have much information on the town hall - this is Wednesday July 31, 2025. This committee will have five minutes to talk about the work we are doing and how things are organized.

    • There is some question about how Sage Intacct materials go into the content library though this won't be for the town hall and is more of a committee task.

    • When we do a demo for the group we should use a sample account that has the exact same permissions as what our members see.

    • ISV Outreach: Report on the current status of outreach efforts.

    • Content Contest: Discuss the proposal for a recurring contest to generate member engagement and decide whether to move forward.

    Steve Iwanowski

    • HigherLogic Pilot: Provide an update on the admin-only pilot, including findings and recommendations.

    • Steve: The AI is just about useless, was very slow. They got things to speed up but the usefulness still is lacking. We need to keep looking at options.

    • Team Charter: Review the latest draft and finalize the team charter.

    Wayne Schulz

    • Content Library Summaries: Establish a clear process for monthly summaries: assign responsibility, set a deadline, and define the format.

    • First Monday of the month Wayne generate this summary using Gemini and send over to Steve Iwanowski

    • Community Knowledge Capture: Review the effectiveness of current knowledge-capture methods and outline next steps.

    • Unique and not easy to find and benefiting more than one person is the criteria when using

    • New Member On-boarding: Review the current process for adding new members to the content library to ensure it is well-defined and efficient.

    • Anne Sawyer is monitoring this and adding people to the Google Group as they request so this appears to be working as intended

    New Business

    • "Urgent Support" Access Policy (Wayne Schulz): Discuss creating a tiered access policy for the "Urgent Support" feature based on member contribution levels.

    • This was discussed and determined to kick it back to the 90 Minds board of directors

    • Wayne suggests this is an extended benefit for users that are really engaged and posting regularly

    So I just pulled up my normal 90 Minds page (https://community.90minds.com/home/memberhome) and right away I noticed the new 'town hall' Banner/Announcement (below).  Therefore, I think we should periodically change that to promote the Content Library.  Is there a way we can just have rotating announcements/banners so that it's automatic?
