I've followed the Sage KB suggestions below, but to no avail. Has anyone come up with a solution to this issue? I've checked the Scale and Layout, Display Resolution settings and there's nothing out of the ordinary or unusual that might cause a problem.
The poor lady who does Bank Rec actually gets nauseous while looking at the screen and clicking in the Cleared box.
Here's the KB notes that I followed.

Suggested workaround
• In Sage100c with Standard Desktop, try setting Application Scaling to Default or Medium instead of Medium or Large (if available)
• Uninstall, then reinstall, Workstation Setup under the correct conditions.

- • Get all users out, then rename two files in "..\MAS90\MAS_System" where Sage 100 is installed on the server:
- SY_Console.m4t o SY_Workstation.m4t
- • Rename the "Sage100" folder at the workstation's "C:\Users\<Windows logon>\Documents" directory.
