    Does anyone have clients using Sage 10 Connected Field Service Automation by msidata?  My client is looking for a product that plots all sales orders on a map, and this product does that.  It also appears to have similar attributes to Operations Management Enhanced Scheduler without the functionality gaps...

    The specifics of field service vary all over the map. For Sage 100, you should at least check the requirements with TimeLinx. (timelinxsoftware.com). I don't know if they do the order-mapping, but there are many other considerations a user must consider to avoid disappointment later.

    Thanks, Jerry.  The map feature is critical to their requirements.  Since it is a delivery route, the service requirements are light.

    When I said, "I don't know" I mean that -- I don't It's worth checking it out.
