Subject: 2025 Board Election Results – Confidential Until Wednesday March 11, 2025 at Meeting of the Minds.  

Dear Board Members,

I am pleased to share the results of the 2025 Board Election, which must remain confidential until the official announcement at Meeting of the Minds.  Congratulations to both of our incumbents securing second terms.  

Election Summary:

• Alnoor Cassim has secured the largest share of votes.
• Michelle Taylor followed as the second-highest vote recipient.
• Todd Martin and Tina Leonard also received strong support from voters.

As we move forward, we ask Chuck and any other designated board members to personally reach out to Todd and Tina. In particular, Todd-whom we have been encouraging to run for years-should be engaged as soon as possible. A key part of the conversation should be getting him involved in a committee right away to ensure he remains active and committed.

Additionally, I would like to participate in these calls to help facilitate engagement and alignment with our board's vision. Please coordinate accordingly and ensure we handle these discussions with discretion.

Looking forward to connecting on Thursday at the BOD meeting.

@Anne Sawyer can you tell us who received the higher vote count between Todd and Tina? Also totally agree on engaging Todd on the news ASAP and getting him on a committee. I coincidentally was working with him last week and made a point of mentioning how very cool it was he was running for the Board.

Hi Alnoor - And congratulations again -  The actual tally is not important -  results are determined by ranking candidates based on votes received.  I am concerned about sharing this information at this time as it serves no purpose.  That being said - here is a graph of the results.  This was also the best turn out we have had in a few years.  

71 ballots submitted of 172 eligible voters (9 opened) - 41%

Alnoor Cassim and Michelle Taylor win with 43.66% and 26.06% of the votes each which meets the requirement of the most votes.
