User inadvertently deleted the Back Order quantity when she changed the order quantity.  The PO has a status of completed, even though there should be 91 units left on the purchase order. What is the best way to get the 91 units back on a PO?   Modify the status field in the PO header table?  Enter a new PO using a variation of the original PO number ?

I can't think of any reason you couldn't use DFDM to change the PO status in the header file and then modify the back order quantity on the line.

What @Bernie Lehman said but also do same with PO_PurchaseOrderHistory Header and Detail (since they are defined as mirror tables in the dictionary).
