    Completed an upgrade from Adv 4.4 to Adv 2013. This customer has a large number of AP and AR invoices. Paperless journals and registers are taking a lot longer to create pdf file. I mean going from 20 - 30 seconds to 3 - 4 minutes. Confirmed that AV has been disabled for server directories where Sage software and Paperless Office files reside. However, when we print the registers from the terminal server, they print in the range where the v4.4 registers did. Thoughts or suggestions?

    Are you running the workstations on a thin client or wireless vs cabled network connection? That was my first question though I don't know why there would be a change from 4.4 to 2013.

    The network environment has not changed other than a few new Windows 8 workstations, all wired. Also, they are occasionally disconnecting from the server and I'm seeing error 86s in the Activity Log. It points to the network but I'm stumped as to what to check next.

    service pack 3? I know there have been a lot of forms issues with the new version of crystal reports, some of which has been fixed with PU3

    @Kathryn Scofield, Error 86's in a Terminal Server environment....I fought with this issue for 4 months. IT guy said MAS issue - no error messages in MAS though - other than these Error 86 - Unlock Region Failure(s). After an all-out war broke out IT guy finally tried setting the time on the Kerberos ticket to 18 hours. Eliminated the problem and haven't had it since. Weird thing is....another client had it on a Windows 7 workstation to a Windows 2008 Server without Terminal Server involvement. IT did not understand what I was saying at first, so issue continued until they had some data corruption. Then COO became involved. IT guy then got his boss involved, Kerberos time changed and no problem since (knock wood!) For the Paperless Office issue - did you reset all paperless paths using UNC now that you have Terminal Server involvement?
