  • 1.  Company Missing in User Maintenance - v2020 ADV

    Running into this in Role Maintenance.  No companies appear in the drop down field (below).  Have DFDM at what I think are the usual suspects but not seeing anything unusual (corrupt/blank records).  There should be three companies to pick from.  Also rebuilt the ALE's.

    Thoughts.

    This goes back to 2012 and I believe the resolution is as Barbara suggests. Not sure why it happens.

    Version(s): 4.4+

    Problem / Description:

    When going into user maintenance the data is blank - the company, role are all bank and cannot be changed

    Resolution:

    Right click and reset panel as follows -

    1. Open User Maintenance
    2. Right Click anywhere on the Panel and choose "Reset Panel"
    3. Select the Checkbox for "Reset ALL Grids" or "Reset Panel Size and position"
    4. Click OK
    5. Click OK to the message "Selected Changes will not take effect until you close and restart this task."
    6. Exit and reopen User Maintenance
