    Hi everyone,

    As our 90 Minds community continues to grow-especially with more Sage 100 and Sage Intacct consultants joining-this is a quick reminder about notifications, Urgent Support communities, and posting with intention.

    Review Your Notification Settings

    Some members may be receiving more alerts than intended.
    Please take a moment to review your notification preferences in your profile.

    You can choose:

    • Instant notifications

    • Daily digest

    • Weekly digest

    • Or disable specific alerts

    Updating these settings helps ensure you're receiving the information you want, in the way that works best for you.

     Use Urgent Support ONLY for True Emergencies

    We have two dedicated urgent-only communities that send instant notifications to consultant members:

    Urgent Communities

    • Sage 100 Urgent Support

    • Sage Intacct Urgent Support

    Please reserve these for critical, time-sensitive issues, such as:

    • System outages

    • Critical errors stopping client operations

    • Payroll deadlines breaking

    • Month-end processes failing

    If your question is not urgent, please post it in the appropriate product community.

    A few best practices to keep our community efficient and respectful:

    • Use Urgent Support only for emergencies

    • Use the correct product community for technical issues

    • Use the General Consultant Discussion space for non-technical conversation

    • Remember that urgent posts notify a large number of consultants instantly

    • Committees and admin groups are limited-access working areas and not for general posting
