    I cannot get past the payment segment of registration. I've tried everything I can think of, but it always ends up with "Incorrect authentication credentials"

     

    Suggestions?

    Hi Jerry 

    I need to contact technical support on this. I've had no time to do this. I'm also now facing another power outage and fires popping up around us. Chances are I won't be able to get it to it today. I appreciate your patience and if anybody else has any issues please let me know. 

    I do know of one other person who had the same authentication issue. I have a feeling it's just a setting. I will keep you posted.

    Here is what they said:  

    For this, 'Incorrect Authentication Credentials' usually means that the attendee is entering an incorrect password for their Whova account during the registration process. In this case, they can select 'Forgot password' and they will be emailed a password reset link. After resetting, they can then go back and enter their new password.
     
    Alternatively, they can simply "Continue as Guest" if they wish to reset their password at a later date. As long as they have their correct email under the ticket information, their registration will still be tied to that email.

    That worked.

    IMO, Whova should work on its UI. The program KNOWS what is incorrect. The error message can tell you.
