Great meeting! Thank you for joining today.   Here are the notes from our meeting for reference.  Feel free to update with any changes or feedback.

    Intacct Education Committee - Post-Meeting Summary (Nov 6, 2025)

    Quick recap

We kicked off the Intacct Education Committee, aligned on our consultant-first focus, and mapped a session pipeline for MOTM. We also outlined near-term community engagement (seed posts, roundtables), identified prospective ISV sponsors for the Intacct Pavilion, and set our meeting cadence.

    Key decisions

    • Committee purpose: consultant-led, education-forward space distinct from executive-level SAGE content.
    • Session mix target (per day): ~4 SAGE sessions, 2 consultant-led sessions, plus select sponsor sessions.
    • Hands-on customization session will be "Mastering Smart Events, Rules, Triggers & Dimensional Relationships" (2-hour lab).
    • Roundtable added to Friday closing; questions will be drafted in the community thread.
    • Use Higher Logic Ideation for session voting and to capture speaker interest.

In-flight sessions & speakers (working list)

    • Reporting (ICRW): Jennifer Patterson to present.
    • Customization lab: Lead: Beth Woodall (proposed).
    • Tips & Tricks Roundtable: Multi-firm format; prioritize 90 Minds member speakers.
    • Additional candidates to be identified beyond RKL/LBMC to ensure balance.

    Community engagement (this week)

    • Post a thread on the R4 release with seeded questions to spur discussion.
    • Create a post for Sage "Future" conference: who's attending + informal meetup interest.
    • Start a Roundtable Questions thread for Friday closing session.

    Sponsorship & ISV outreach

    • Intacct Pavilion (limited slots) to launch with early outreach.
    • Initial ISV targets discussed: Workforce Go, Endpoint, QStock, Green Shades (and others for payroll/inventory).

    Upcoming dates

    • Next working session: Wed, Nov 26, 11:00 a.m. PT (calendar invite to follow).
    • Recurring cadence: 3rd Wednesday @ 11:00 a.m. PT (series to be sent).
    • MOTM ticketing: Early-bird opens by Thanksgiving (target).
    • Session finalization goal: End of November.

    Action items

    • Misty & Angela - Share takeaways from Sage "Future" conference.
    • Angela - Send list of current 90 Minds Intacct members; help surface additional speakers (beyond RKL/LBMC).
    • Jennifer Patterson - Prepare ICRW reporting session outline.
    • Beth Woodall (proposed) - Lead 2-hr customization lab on smart events/rules/triggers/dimensions.
    • Tina - Send Anne the construction-side payroll partners you're using.
    • Anne - Connect with Flexo about presenting; begin outreach to Workforce Go, Endpoint, QStock, Green Shades, etc.; send Nov 26 invite and set monthly series; launch Pavilion sponsor outreach.
    • Angela or Misty - Post "Who's going to Sage Future?" + organize informal meetup/breakfast for 90 Minds members attending.
    • Angela / Committee - Seed R4 release questions in the community.
    • Tina & Jennifer - Post an ICRW question thread; Jennifer to reply with insights to spark discussion.
    • All committee members -
      • Finalize session titles & descriptions by Nov 30.
      • Post finalized sessions in the committee space when ready.
      • Draft 2–3 Roundtable questions before our next meeting.
      • Vote on sessions in the Ideation area of Higher Logic.

What we're building (clarity for the broader group)

    • 90 Minds audience: consultant-centric, practical education, peer problem-solving, community support.
    • Relationship with SAGE: complementary-our programming fills practitioner gaps and extends learning/community between publisher events.
