  • 1.  Commissions Paid on Paid Invoices Only ( What About Partials )

    I have a customer asking whether the standard Sage 100 commissions will compute the FULL commission payable even if the customer makes a partial payment? 

    Judging from the report he showed me I believe the answer is yes and if a customer makes a partial payment that the full commission is shown as due to that salesperson.

    Has anyone seen or understood anything differently WRT to partial payments of invoices and how they affect the computed commission payable?

    My understanding is the commission on Paid Invoices requires full payment, i.e,. a zero balance invoice.
