Commission report question: if you pay commissions based on pay date, is there way to get credit memos to show up? Even if ""Treat Negative Balance Invoices as Paid"" is checked they don't seem to be included.

I hate seeing a question go unanswered. - What version of Sage is this? - Are you using the DSD enhancement? Inquiring minds wanna know!

Oh, I see. I had my options set up wrong. Duh. Check the Commission Edit Maintenance in the Period End Processing menu and see if the invoice is listed there and if the values are correct.

Yes the credits are in commission maintenance. But if you run the report with pay dates selected (as this customer does - they do commission checks weekly based on what payments were received the prior week) they never show up

Ya got me..... I was able to make it work on credit memos and overpaid invoices. The credit memos show up with a negative commission amount but the overpaid invoices still show a positive commission amount.

FYI, I'm on 2015 Standard PU 4

I added the following parameter and selection criteria to the standard report to pick up the credit memos {AR_SalespersonCommissionWrk.PayDate} = {?Pay Date} or ({AR_SalespersonCommissionWrk.InvoiceType} = ""CM"" and {AR_SalespersonCommissionWrk.InvoiceDate} = {?Pay Date})

@LisaDion - so you move the paydate selection into the Crystal form itself, not selecting it from the report selection screen?

Yes, only because I did not know how to pass the date from the selection screen to the report.
