Collection Notes - has anyone done any mods for this? As in making notes about a specific invoice while talking to the customer and then those notes can be viewed on the Invoices tab or printed on the Aging.

I did this for a customer -- we just used the regular ""memo"" in the AR invoice history then printed them on the aging report. Customer could drill down to the memo from the invoices tab by clicking into the invoice.

We have done the same. There was an awesome collections piece using CRM shown at Summit this year. It would be nice to see them release that to production.

One of our employees worked up a routine for agings to pull into CRM as tasks and moved the customer from a paper, very manual collections process to one where they have met or exceeded their goals - now that's awesome!

Gee, if I could upgrade people to 4.50, I could show them some spiffy CRM stuff, huh?

Maybe if I could automate the fixing of those double SO postings... Oh, and the posting to the Invt Adj account in the SO Register, which makes the posting out of balance and has happened twice to my client in 4.50 - Sage has no clue about it. Now the dang thing is like the Discount posting where it's one total per batch, so you'd think they could look in the damn code and tell me what would cause that to accumulate and post, but not. So, another bug in the SO journal. Maybe this will get fixed when they fix the other one next ... century.
