Cloud Cost - Sage 100 Distribution bundle - one user license - First year cost is about $2,043.23 - My cost @ silver tier Three user hosting fee (minimum) at I-BN is $450 per month, plus one time set up fee of $500.00. To add additional users is $150 per month plus $100 set up fee. Details are attached. 2015 cost if starting June 1 is $3,650 plus 2,043.23 software license purchase is $5,693..23. 2016 cost will be approximately $5,824. Current 2015 budget is $3,000.

I'm sorry, the reason for this additional expense is what?? Call me skeptical but why do we need this again? Please, someone, justify this.

The reason for the expense at ALL is so I don't get hit by a bus..... D & O life insurance is probably cheaper....
