Client's IT department decided to switch servers. Last issue to resolve with the move is the SI repository. I followed the KB instructions attached. Everything works fine until IT unshares the old folder. User gets an error message. Reshare and all is good. I have verified that files are updated in the NEW folder when accessing SI. What is puzzling is that steps six and seven aren't prompted. But even when I do reregister the license manager, it doesn't work when the system is unshared. Thoughts?

Nope, Out of the office today. Back tomorrow. short term work around is to leave the old server running and the sage folder shared.

Is the new folder shared in the same fashion as the old folder?

I think the ability to change paths is broke. Mine will not change either!

so after making the changes, you see the correct/new Metadata Repository Location on Home Properties and the correct/new template storage location on the individual reports? There is definitely a known issue with UAC not allowing you to change the repository path, but if everything looks perfect after making the changes I would throw this over to the sage intelligence community site and see if any of the Sage tech support guys are monitoring.
