Client's current version is 2013 Std. On same server, we installed 2016 Std; they are in test mode at this time. They just purchased Advanced. Found this KB article on how to go from Std to Advanced. I assume the info also applies to 2016 unless anyone knows otherwise. My concern is uninstalling 2016 Std and screwing up their 2013 environment. I would plan on not removing registry entries, but still wondering if 2013 will remain ok. Not sure if it's an issue because it's Standard. Thoughts?

As long as 2013 is not installed in the Default Location, I would think you'd be fine uninstalling 2016 Std. Worst-case, you may need to re-run 2013 Std Workstation Setup on the server itself, but the clients shouldn't be affected.
