ClientCare: Someone new has been assigned to us, because either our person was reassigned, is overwhelmed or is just gone. Our new person told us that all payments for December have to be in by 12/21 or they won't be posted until January, and he also asked that we invoice the rest of the clients on the December list, because they don't have time to follow up. And they are calling clients who expire the end of this month and telling them they are due the next day.
Something is seriously wrong in Nashville. Anyone else having these issues?
