  • 1.  Client with v2013. In inventory, cost detail with

    Client with v2013. In inventory, cost detail with lot valuation, shows 69.x on hand, but the quantity in IM_ItemWarehouse shows 12.x for same warehouse. Caused by some problems posting a disassembly entry. Appreciate any advise on best way to correct.

    Could this be resolved by running the Balance Inventory Quantity and Cost utility? I might be misunderstanding the issue but it seems that should correct it. File/Run/*utl

    Before you run the utility, check if the three reports tie out and that this item is the only one causing concern. IM Trial Balance, Valuation and Stock Status. Running the IM utilities will sync the tables, but that doesn't mean the quantities are correct to actual.
