    Client with MAS90 v4.40.0.3 updates PO Receipt of Goods. All data files updated EXCEPT PO_PurchaseOrderDetail.M4t. One week later, Return of Goods entered and updated (I saw the DTR), no record of the Return ANYWHERE! Largest PO data file is only 12mb, largest IM file 22mb. Sage has no idea..............Thoughts???? These poor guys are ready to toss this new version!!

    A couple thoughts, Could any the files been restored, do they have paperless turned on to review the postings, have you checked the activity log?

    Checked the Activity Log first - thinking there might have been error messages; nothing. No files restored (on purpose). I saw something like this years ago when another client had mirrored hdd's. The main drive was failing and the secondary drive was re-writing data files. Problem was the data was about an hour old. But it was everything, not selected files.

    Kathleen - I have started having some weird issues with 4.40.0.4 PO with a larger client. They have history that clearly shows an invoice and then a negative invoice yet the Detail lines still show the qty invoiced (should now be zero). Also, EVERYWHERE (including inventory) shows a receipt but the Detail line shows 0 qty received. They needed to return it and I told them to return with no PO number. Not getting warm and fuzzy re PO 4.4.

    Kinda scary huh, Beth? I had to add the Qty Rec'd to the PO_PurchaseOrderDetail file so, #1 the Open PO Report was accurate, and their custom Lot # Report was accurate. Funny thing though, all the History reports showed the accurate qty received, just that one file. I just got an Email from them on the Return issue. Since I could find no trace of those transactions, ANYWHERE, I asked them to re-enter the transactions. Now they appear everywhere they are supposed to. I will be curious to see what happens after two things: the backup and the anti-virus scan. Their IT guy has no use for me or any other ""software people"" because we are not IT, and therefore we are worthless.......So when I asked him if he has excluded all MAS90 files from the anti-virus scan, all I get is ""of course"" and THE LOOK.....

    Interesting that this was included in v4.4.6. It sounds like your issue. The PO_OpenOrderFix_utl will correct the missing items in the PO_OpenOrderDetailItem table for users at 4.40 DE 96031 PER 111766 Resolution ID 534668 There are 13 bug PO fixes in v4.5

    Jeff - That fix isn't for the file she's having the problem with, so that means there is yet ANOTHER problem. WHEE!
