Client went to PO printing to resend an electronically delivered PO and ""accidentally"" selected all POs. Hundreds of PO were re-sent to vendors. They're freaking out that these orders will be filled. Massive effort underway to contact vendors to disregard today's orders. The question is how to prevent this from happening in the future. They'd like to restrict everyone to Quick Print only but I see no setting for this. Any other ideas?

Thru Custom Office, on the PO screen, hide the PO printer button, so they only have access to quick print (be sure to change both the regular and wide versions of the screen). On the PO printing screens, remove the buttons you'd like to remove, such as the Select button. Or, the Select and Print (if they don't use that screen to print en masse).

After hiding the printer icons in PO Entry, you could then use sy_menu_ui to hide the Purchase Order Printing task from the menus.
