    Client v 4.40.05 direct deposit stubs, for only one company, print graphics, but all data fields are blank. I can copy from another company and get the same result. All other companies are fine. Nothing special has changed in the last week and they are a weekly Payroll. Per portal knowledgebase I worked thru ODBC Security on, verified Roles were all enabled, turned back off. Verified paperless path, it is the same path for all companies and works for all others. Any other ideas?

    Did you try a stock unmodified form?

    I did. I created a new form code ""Z"", same results. The data prints if I turn off graphical, but sure isn't pretty.

    For me personally ODBC security has always been the culprit. You may want to try creating a new report in Crystal and add some tables just to see where no data appears. Maybe start with PR1 then separately SY0_CompanyParameters.

    My suggestion would be to turn ODBC security on for that company and then turn it off. Have also seen this where in the file that holds the information the records for that module maybe missing and you have to manually add them.

    Therese - All Users, All Workstations. Only 1 company. Alnoor, other PR reports are ok, only DD Stubs. Even PR checks print just fine.

    Did you try verifying the database in Crystal? If Louis' comment about the data missing is correct, you should get a message stating the database doesn't exist or something similar.

    Hi Therese, I did verify, same problems. Found this issue on the Portal ""Error 12 PL_CommonUtility.m4p 380 when electronically delivering direct deposit stubs in Sage MAS 200"", has almost nothing in common with my issue other than Direct Deposit... but when I run M200 as M90 I can print these stubs and move along with the Payroll process. We have a bank deadline looming, so that is my plan for now. Next will be finding out WHY! so next week is smooth.
