    Client using v2013. Only install and use GL, BR, and AP. No custom office, no IM. Occasionally getting the attached Error 12 in file ""CM_UDFOptions"". Can't find anything on the knowledgebase. Anyone have a clue?

    Server or a workstation install?

    From the client, this happens on multiple workstations in multiple companies. There is a server.

    CM files/programs are custom office - double check the LM Installed Modules listing for Custom Office. Any mods that might have tried to access CM functions?
