Sage 100

Client upgraded to v2014 and has had a ton of issues with speed. Went through all possibilities in Sage 100 (client is on 200) runs fine in MAS90 mode. After server reboots speed is normal. Rebooted server today and all users were normal speed except for one. This particular user was still extremely slow. When they experience the slowness its in all areas... screens popping up, logging in, printing, posting etc. Today when this one particular workstation was slow I asked that they log into the workstation with a different windows logon, when they did that (logged in as administrator) speed was normal. I asked the IT to check profiles, permissions, etc. He said that all the user accounts were the same and verified permissions on the MAS90 directory and everyone was set to have full permissions. Still no resolve. Anyone have any ideas?

IP/Name resolution? Try changing the sota.ini to use the IP address instead? I don't know if that only affects it when first logging in, or if it's the gift that keeps on giving.

Running as a service or a application? If service, what are the rights of the user running the service. Are they following @AlnoorCassim bible write up for this user???
