Client upgraded to 2013 over the weekend. Running in TS farm, Sage Advanced. Users having printing issues, most often ""Unable to print XXXXXXX.rpt. Index was outside the bounds of the array."" Preview to print works OK. WTH?

Isn't that the error you get when your paper size or paper source is pointed to a normal 8.5 x 11 but you're printing to something smaller like a thermal or label printer

I've only ever seen those say something specifically about the Page Size. And in this case, they're just trying to print reports.

Hmm I dunno maybe it's Paper Source instead of Paper Size. Maybe look at the Windows default printer and see what it says for the source. Then open an RPT in Crystal and under Page Setup see if it's the same Source. Then compare with what you see for PaperSource in Sy_ReportSetting

Well, it may be a different error , but it's the same damn thing. THANKS, @AlnoorCassim - I had them check to make sure in Setup the printer was the same (that may have been the issue) and that the page size was correct. YAYAYAYAYAYAYAY!
