Client upgraded from 4.5 to 2015. Has weird happening with Standard Financials. Instead of just printing the lone report selected, he gets an error about no data for a bunch of other reports, and then it prints about 10 other reports that are not selected and not in the same group. WTF? If I recreate the same report, it works fine.

Exact same thing happened to me. ""Data not selected"" and ""Header and Footer larger than the page"" errors. Sage said it was because I didn't add the 2015 PU1. They gave me a replacement file for the SY_ReportOptions in SY_System folder and all was well. Also they said I had to install the Crystal Reports that came with 2015.

We found that if we leave the Group blank, it is working. So, having the client go behind the scenes and delete that field in DFDM.

Yes, that data issue was noted during my VIP testing last spring. Major bug. Must install PU1 before converting the data.

Before or after the data migration and conversion?

Before. Hope it's not one of those issues that comes back to life after it's been fixed once.

So if the group is STANDARD, all is well. Otherwise, all bets are off.
